Paris really does live up to its name, “The City Of Lights” in December. A sea of festive decorations and twinkling lights can be seen on every street and in most windows, be it restaurant, shop or home.
It’s Christmas on steroids. And I love it.
Printemps, Gallerie Lafayette and Le Bon Marché do fabulous winter wonderland windows. If you don’t mind the cold, my favourite way to soak in the Christmas spirit is glove, coats, hat, boots and an evening stroll.
Simply look up, down and around. You’ll find a little bit of Parisian magic everywhere.
Joyeux Noel!
