My favourite wet weather palette has always been grey and cream. It’s fresh and clean against a foggy backdrop. I sound like Jane Austen or Tess but really I just love these two colours together. On anything.

When people come to our house they joke about my sunglasses bowl. Lately it’s gotten out of control. Too much black. Can’t see what I own. Not sure what should go? What should be re-booted? Can you help me…?
What I Wore (GQ Awards)
GQ Man of the Year Awards was on on at Sydney Opera House last night. It was pouring – not just a sprinkle – buckets. Not a good night to leave the house. Not a good night to get dressed up. I was working so a frock was out – this is what I wore.

What I Wore (Last Night).
Last night I went to Who Magazines “Sexiest People Party”.I had maybe twenty five minutes to get ready. Tops. The invite asked for a ‘touch of gold’. For some reason I always choose these moments – when I am bolting against the clock – to try and pull together a tricky new outfit.

One of the lovely things about my job is that sometimes I get given lovely things. In the most unexpected of places at the most unexpected of times. The t-shirt I’m wearing today is one of those lovely things.

This outfit is so wrong for today’s weather but I had to do TV early this morning, my youngest was up in the night and I had about ten minutes to throw this together. In the dark. On sleep deprivation.
