I’m was in Melbourne yesterday to film some Spring Racing segments for Mornings With Kerri-Anne which meant I had to dress as I would for a day at the carnival. Great. In the middle of this Fashion Challenge. Just great.

I’m flying to Melbourne today and when I travel I wear a bit of a ‘uniform’. It doesn’t alter and looks something like this. PLUS my favourite Apps and Podcasts for the plane.

Confession: I have stepped outside of the challenge rules just a little bit today. I’m wearing my sister’s suit. It’s an awesome little throw-on suit and the price is ridiculous.

Getting dressed on the first day of the work week is the hardest. Something to do with weekend malaise and back to school chaos. I threw this outfit together in ten minutes and am a little bit in love with it.

On the weekend I keep my clothing options extremely low-fi. I don’t really like to get out of my work-out gear. Or tracksuit pants. I own four tutu’s. Today I was determined to wear one. I had an early morning function so I didn’t have a lot of time to think this outfit through and perhaps that’s why it worked?

Today I had a morning meeting that required a level of decorum and a meeting in the afternoon that required a level of fabulous. Enter this dress. I bought it four years ago because I thought it would be the perfect summer, slip-on dress.
