I spent last weekend at Audi Hamilton Island Race Week.

I swam, I snorkelled, I paddle boarded and I wore a jumpsuit. In May I interviewed the amazing Carla Zampatti and she opened the door wearing a black jumpsuit, a blue marabou bolero jacket and flat velevet slippers – effortlessly chic (always is). She told me that jumpsuits were her wardrobe staple – she owns about fifty – and totally sold me on their versatility.

I left her house, drove straight to the store and bought the one she was wearing. It came into its own at Qualia Resort – it felt so appropriate.

The Make-Up.

I am at my best in the warm weather with a touch of sun and salt in my hair. It’s when I feel my most confident and happy. Nicole Thompson from MAC did my make-up, she has a lovely light touch = clean skin, flush cheeks and a touch on the eye. She also used a dab of Strobe Cream on my shoulders and collar bones to add some gleam – favourite new trick. I bought the bronzer and gloss she used because they were genius, glowy little things.

My hair is still a little bit damp. I didn’t wash the sea water out – just let it air dry and whacked a couple of bobby pins in the back.
