What I Wore (11/12).

Got my khaki’s on today – the weather has cooled off just enough for long sleeves.

I bought this jacket at TopShop – the day the Sydney store opened – I went in to interview the Managing Director and ended up shopping. First wear today.

I love subtle military influences – leather, khaki, epaulets – but I can’t wear too much of it or wear it too literally – I look ridiculous.

But a hint adds a nice bit of toughness to a more feminine silhouette.

I’ve paired it with a flounce skirt from Miu Miu and a t-shirt from Bassike (which I spilt coffee over on the way to work so I had to turn it around).

I bought these boots at the worlds biggest shoe store (imagine how much I hated visiting that!) Level Shoe District in Dubai. Super soft, super slouchy, super sold.

CLICK TO BUY: See by Chloe Black Suede Slouch Ankle Boots from SSense, US$425.

Love this spiked diamante necklace. Tough and pretty at the same time.

I am on the hunt for the perfect pair of tapered pants to wear around the office with a pretty blouse on days where I dont have any formal meetings to attend. Any recommendations?
I’m tall and on the pear shades side so it needs to be flattering…
