I was dying of heat as the sun streamed through the Sydney Opera House glass windows bounced onto a catwalk made of mirrored glass and up onto my face – I am literally sun burnt – but as my friend Mia would say – it’s a First World Problem.
The setting although hot was spectacular for Dion Lee’s Spring/Summer 2012 collection this morning.
Like the surrounds it was light, sharp and crisp. Very structured, sculptured and clean. Beautiful make-up by Napoleon Perdis and beautifully styled by Harpers Bazaar’s Christine Centenera, it was a stand out of the week.
I particularly loved the moulded pants. Really new shape and dead sexy.
