Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week is finished for another year. Here’s your behind-the-scenes look at Chanel’s incredible show.
The invitation for Chanel’s Haute Couture Fall 2012 collection, titled ‘New Vintage’ featured this stunning hand-illustrated design of Coco Chanel by Karl Lagerfeld.
Chanel is always shown at the Grand Palais. Guests walked up the double staircase and along a pathway lined with white camellia-topped trees. Inside the runway was surrounded with white wicker furniture and the ceiling featured a painted mural of clouds (which apparently took three weeks to complete).
