The Hollywood Skin Genie.
I visited Kate Somerville’s LA clinic during Emmy week a couple of years ago (they do these insane gifting suites for celebrities). When I was there Lauren Conrad was in the treatment room next door and Debra Messing was chatting to someone at the counter. In Hollywood, Somerville is the Queen of Skin and the READ MORE…
The Bob God.
It’s a sad day for fashion but an even sadder day for popular history with the passing of Vidal Sassoon one of the true Hair Masters. Beauty How-To (Blush & Bronzer).
In this third installment of our Zoe Foster Masterclass the make-up genie talks bronzer and blush. I learnt so much from this section – the “3″ technique and the “up” effect are life changing.
The Donut Bun.
The donut is back. This time we’re doing a bun. Not just any bun but a full-on, impressive, black tie bun. But we’re doing it without any tools and in under ten minutes. I asked editorial session stylist Michele McQuillan to create a modern, top knot that was high on impressive but looooow on maintenance. I also didn’t allow her to use a hair dryer or anything that required electricity.
